Step 1 – Submit Your Item

Start by filling out the form below with details about the item you’d like to sell—brand, style, condition, approximate year, and any original packaging or accessories.

Feel free to include your price expectations, and upload up to four clear photos so we can accurately evaluate your piece.

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with an initial estimate. If we need more information, a member of our team will reach out directly.

Step 2 – Ship to Heirloom Edit

If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a consignment or buyout agreement to sign.

You’ll ship your item to us—please ensure it’s packed securely with sufficient padding to prevent damage.

Once we’ve received and authenticated your item, and it has either sold (for consignment) or been accepted (for buyout), we’ll reimburse up to $15 of your shipping cost.

Step 3 – Get Paid

After your item arrives, we’ll conduct a full inspection to confirm authenticity and condition. If anything changes during this process, we’ll contact you with an updated offer.

For Buy-Outs, payment is issued within 5–7 business days of final approval.
For Consignment Sales, payment is issued within 30 calendar days of the sale to allow time for any customer service concerns, such as returns or complaints, to be resolved.

We offer payment via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal—whichever works best for you.
