Refund policy

At Heirloom Edit, we believe in clarity and integrity. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. In the rare event that you receive the incorrect item, we will supply you with a prepaid return label to facilitate the return. After the incorrect item is received back, the correct item will be swiftly dispatched to you. Unfortunately, we cannot modify shipping addresses or order details once a purchase has been finalized. However, if you need to cancel an order within 15 minutes of purchase, we can process a refund of up to 97%, retaining 3% to cover payment processing fees.

Each item you purchase is sold "AS IS." While Heirloom Edit guarantees the authenticity of our products, we do not provide warranties or guarantees regarding craftsmanship. Should any defects arise post-purchase, the responsibility for any repair costs rests entirely with the buyer.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider. We are here to assist with any questions related to claims or customs, but filing the actual claim remains the buyer's obligation.

Although we strive to support our customers throughout the purchasing experience, Heirloom Edit cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit or for delays caused by weather conditions. Additionally, all shipments sent to forwarding addresses are the buyer's responsibility, including any interactions needed with forwarding services.

We will only ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. It is essential to double-check that your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order.

We kindly ask that you sign for your delivery or retrieve it from your local post office if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. Please be aware that if a chargeback is initiated or any fraudulent activity is detected, we will take legal action as necessary.
